With over 30 years of expertise in Human Resources, Barbara has held the titles of Regional and Director of Human Resources for nationally recognized corporations. She was awarded by the Supreme Court of Florida, County Court Mediator for several counties throughout the state. As a strategic member of the senior management team at Star Entertainment, Inc., Barbara is responsible for leading the overall operations of the human resources department, talent acquisition, HR policies, performance management, employee relations, and all other aspects of human resource functions.
